Course and Faculty Changes

Gourav Digital Club reserves the right to change or cancel a course, in whole or in part. Where applicable, an alternate course or refund will be provided in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Gourav Digital Club also reserves the right to change trainers, teachers, faculty or staff during the course.

Events Beyond Our Control

Gourav Digital Club will not be responsible for any mishap caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural calamities such as earthquakes, floods, fire or electric short circuit occurring on the premises.

Class Recording and Promotional Media

Students may not film or otherwise record classes without written permission from the management.

Gourav Digital Club may use photographs or video footage of students for promotional purposes with their consent.

Other Policies

Fees, payments, refunds, attendance, certificates, lifetime support, admission and student-related conditions are governed by our Terms & Conditions.

The collection, use and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
