Terms and Conditions – #1 Digital Marketing Course in Faridabad

General

To register for a course at Gourav Digital Club, you should be at least 18 years of age.
A student’s registration and enrolment for a course is a binding agreement to finish the course and pay the full fees. The application form must be signed to show the student’s agreement to follow Gourav Digital Club’s Terms & Conditions.

All fees are payable in INR and payment can be made as follows:

By bank transfer directly to our account. All bank charges must be paid at source; otherwise, the student will be charged on arrival. Please email us a copy of the remittance advice and clearly mention the student’s name on the remittance.
By cheque made payable to “Gourav Digital Club”.
By cash.
By Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI or Net Banking.

Fees are payable according to the fee schedule prescribed by the institution.
Registration charges paid for the course are non-refundable in all cases and are not part of the money-back policy.
The money-back policy applies only to students who attend the first four classes regularly. They must make their final decision in the next class and communicate it by email to support@gouravdigitalclub.com. After five classes, no fee will be refunded in any case.
A fee refund can be requested only by students who have already paid the full course fee, apart from the registration amount, and who do not wish to continue for any reason.
If a student does not pay the fee on the due date mentioned in the prospectus, or defaults on payment, he or she will be stopped from attending classes. Parents and students should therefore deposit fees on the stated due dates.
The full fee should be paid within 30 days after commencement of the first class.
If, after payment, Gourav Digital Club is unable to provide a place in the course, a full refund will be provided.
Students will receive an end-of-course certificate if their attendance is 70% or more and they submit their project report on time.
Gourav Digital Club may terminate a student’s course in the case of serious misconduct, and no fees will be refunded. Students are expected to behave appropriately both inside and outside the classroom.

Attendance will be taken for every session, and latecomers will not be entertained.
Classes will not be rescheduled if you miss a lesson, regardless of the reason, unless the Gourav Digital Club team decides otherwise.

Lifetime support is provided to students who successfully complete the course in a regular manner and submit their project report at the time of course completion.
Lifetime course content will be provided to every student enrolled in the course.
Students will receive an E-Card on their registered email address, which must be shown when attending a backup or doubt session.
To attend a backup or doubt session, students must send a prior email to support@gouravdigitalclub.com and mention their Student ID.

Classes may not be filmed or otherwise recorded by any student without written permission from the management.
Gourav Digital Club may use photographs or video footage of students for promotional purposes with their consent.

Gourav Digital Club is strict in following its rules regarding the age limit, but reserves the right to accept students below the age limit in certain cases.
In the case of any mishap due to reasons beyond our control or any natural calamity, including earthquake, floods, fire or electric short circuit, occurring on the premises of Gourav Digital Club, the institute will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
Students must keep themselves informed of instructions issued to them from time to time orally or through notices, circulars and emails.
In very rare circumstances, the stated maximum class size may be exceeded. If this happens, it will be only by up to five persons and for a very short period.
Gourav Digital Club reserves the right to change or cancel a course entirely or partly. In such cases, an alternate course or a refund will be provided.
Gourav Digital Club reserves the right to change trainers, teachers, faculty or staff at any time during the course.
Gourav Digital Club reserves the right to refuse an application or admission to any applicant before the course begins. The management is not required to provide a reason for the rejection. If an enrolment is refused, all paid fees will be refunded.
Students must pay for any damage caused by them on the premises.
